Empanadilla Dough


Ingredients


  • 2 cups all purpose unbleached flour
  • 3 ½ Tbsp cold unsalted butter (cubed)
  • 3 Tbsp white vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp milk
  • 6 Tbsp cold water
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions


  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Let rest for 30minutes in fridge.
  3. Knead dough with a little bit flour
  4. Cut to choice and roll dough 8 inch disks
  5. Add filling of choice
  6. Use some water to seal
  7. bake or fry , very delicious!
